This remodel consisted of updating public and private spaces, including the living and family rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and pool house.

Libby selected and coordinated FF and E schemes with the Coddington Design team for all rooms shown below.
Living Room Scheme: The mood of the living room is light and airy, in keeping with the owner’s taste in clean, modern Scandinavian design. The focus on wood species such as white oak, and an overall neutral palette help achieve that aesthetic.
Kitchen Scheme: The clean and serene mood carries into the kitchen with a simple pop of Copenhagen blue on the cabinets and white oak open shelving. Matte brass hardware lends a subtle sparkle. The furniture and lighting was selected to complement and enhance the cabinetry that was recently designed by Coddington.

Pool House Scheme: The pool house is the property’s nod to mid-century modern architecture. It is a small structure next to the swimming pool with an angled roof, floor to ceiling stone accent wall, a full picture window wall, and a striking vertically oriented fireplace. Furniture and accessory selections for the family room are clean and modern with emphasis on a neutral color palette, natural materials and geometric shapes. Contrasting textures including terrazzo, white oak, and soft pile area rugs, are layered in to provide visual interest.
